Google Allo has a new chat bot that sends you GIFs

It’s only been about four months since Google’s messaging app Allo officially launched and the company is still adding new features.

Their latest feature is a new chat bot (in addition to the Google Assistant) called Lucky that will send you GIFs.

The name is derived from the infamous “I’m Feeling Lucky” button from the Google homepage. For example, if you tell Lucky, “I feel like dancing” or “I love you”, you’ll get send a GIF featuring someone dancing or one featuring some hearts.

You’ll be able to summon Lucky in other chats on Allo by simply typing @lucky then a phrase. As right now, Lucky seems to be rolling out (slowly) to users and I’ve yet to see it on any of my devices. It seems like it could be a server side update rather than a app update.

But in any case, you can grab the latest version from APKMirror.
